Came here with my boyfriend to the cat cafe, it's $25 for 45 minutes! Each session starts at the beginning of each hour. We initially planned for 8 PM, but ended up calling to push back our session by an hour to 9 PM (their last session of the day). Would not recommend going at this time, the summer heat and late hours made the kitties privy to falling asleep. I'd wager going during colder weather and in the morning/before the middle of the day would be better to see more excited and playful cats. The workers informed us that there were a couple of cats that were new to the cat cafe and were still a bit touchy, and that it would be better to steer clear of them. Only a handful were willing to play with us and a lot were asleep/escaped to the employees only section of the room. There were a lot of toys laying around and different nooks and crannies that they were sleeping in! The playpen is very well decorated. The workers are very kind and enjoy explaining how they take care of the cats, how they get acclimated to living with each other, and various fun facts about their personalities. You can tell that they really love these cats! I haven't been to a traditional cat cafe in Japan, but they sold a lot of cute cat merchandise and stickers that are perfect for animal lovers. I had an overall good experience.

WORTH THE WAIT Love this place! They had yummy snacks and drinks too! I got the chocolate pocky sticks and strawberry milk... IN A CAN!!! so cutee!! We came shortly after one of the sessions started, but reserved our spot and got some pride merch. The cats and people were so friendly! The cats LOVED to play, and had a little spot to go back if they wanted to be left alone. They had a system where they had some resident cats to give off calming vibes to the newcomers. Most of the newcomers became adoptable once they were comfortable with people. All of the cats came from a shelter, and all proceeds go to the cats. LY NEKO

Surprised my daughter for her birthday to a visit to Neko Cat Cafe! Very cool cafe! Service was great, we booked a reservation for the cat room long in advance but I did hear a few people walk in same day. We had coffee and the shredded pork buns for a snack- delicious! The best part are the cats!! The resident cats were so friendly and seemed to love the attention! The cat room is large with plenty of seating. The cats had tons of places to lounge and play. We had a blast! Highly recommend for my fellow cat lovers!

When arriving definitely look out for their door as it was easy to miss since they are a semi-basement unit. When you enter you see the cat room to your left and cute merch to your right, and the merch definitely does not disappoint. The cafe area is very well kept and cute. There's something for everyone in the family here alcohol, coffee, snacks, and cats! If you're coming for the cat room experience you check in with the barista in the cafe and they even have a stamp card. Everyone here is so friendly and the cats are very fun and rooms also have toys so you can interact with the cats.
